Terms of Service
1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between Jan & Yossef AI and its customers for the provision of services in the field of artificial intelligence and software development.
2. Contract Formation
The contract is formed when the customer accepts an offer prepared by us. Acceptance can be made in writing, by email, or through payment.
3. Scope of Services
The exact scope of services is defined in the respective individual offer or service description. Changes or additions require written form.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees are based on the respective offer. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due and payable within 14 days of receipt without deduction.
5. Copyright and Usage Rights
All works created in the course of fulfilling the contract are subject to copyright. After full payment, the customer receives the usage rights required for the contractual purpose.
6. Warranty and Liability
We warrant the provision of our services with due care and according to the current state of technology. Liability is governed by statutory provisions.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep all confidential information received in the course of cooperation confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the contract.
8. Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Nuremberg, provided the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law.
